Clients' Bill of Rights
I. A client is entitled to courteous service from a Financial Advisor and other representatives of Wealth Management Solutions.
II. A client has the right to deal with a trustworthy professional who is competent in securities, investing and financial planning matters.
III. All investment and financial planning recommendations should be based upon the client's needs and objectives.
IV. Each client has the right to expect that recommendations will be made consistent with the objective of enhancing his/her financial well being.
V. Reasonable alternative investments suitable for the client's individual objectives should be presented with full disclosure of both risks and costs, as well as benefits.
VI. A financial advisor should project reasonable and achievable results.
VII. A client has the right to know all cost and commissions associatedwith an investment, as well as fees the firm charges for its service.
VII. Information should be communicated in an understandable fashion.
X. Any complaints or errors should be addressed promptly and, whennecessary, corrected quickly.
XII. Information about a client's financial situation will be kept confidential.
